BSEL at ICSB 2025: Advancing AI-Driven Metabolic Databases
We’re proud to share that Archita Biswas-our Bioinformatic scientist, presented her research, “Development of a Next-Gen Metabolic Database for Therapeutic Cell Types,” at the International Conference on Systems Biology (ICSB 2025), held at the Royal Society in Dublin.
The project introduces an AI-powered metabolic database designed to model cell-type-specific therapeutic pathways with greater precision and scalability. By integrating multi-omic data through machine learning, this platform aims to accelerate discovery in immunotherapy, regenerative medicine, and metabolic engineering.
This work highlights BSEL’s ongoing commitment to combining AI and systems biology to push the boundaries of data-driven therapeutic innovation.
Congratulations to Archita for representing BSEL and showcasing our lab’s contributions to next-generation biological research.
